i felt like something was missing from my life or at least from my everyday activities. i need a new project so i'm hoping this blog-a-ma-bobber serves as some sort of creative outlet to keep me sane. we'll see how it goes. enjoy!original photograph :)
today i hopped on a bus to the nearby goodwill. lately i've been cutting up my old t-shirts so i decided i'd be bold and cut up a cheap pair of jeans or a massive sweater. here are my finds and plans for them:
big maroon sweatshirt --> splatter with bleach, cut neckline
ridiculously large pink sweater with awesome crocheted detailing at the hem --> cut neckline, add embroidery?? it'll come to me (that's what she said)
the sickest beige crocheted tunic ever! --> possibly add wooden and ceramic beads to straps
*i will try posting pics of the final outcomes later... that is, if they don't turn out disastrous.
